Hair tools is a market run by giants. Names people already trust, prices people already accept. Breaking in doesn't make a good product. It takes belief. Forma arrived fully designed, brand and product complete, with one question: how does a newcomer earn it? We built a social strategy that placed Forma next to the category leaders and made the comparison feel obvious. Creative direction that signalled quality before a word was read. Content that treated the audience like people who know the difference.
